Example of what you get back

A practical rental read, not a generic autoresponder.

  • "Your $2,500 budget is realistic for CityPlace and parts of Liberty Village, but tight for newer King West one-bedrooms."
  • "Have your employment letter, recent pay stubs, photo ID, and credit report ready before showings."
  • "If your move date is inside 30 days, prioritize buildings with immediate occupancy and submit fast when the fit is right."
01

You actually get the assessment

No bait and switch. Every quiz submission gets a real read on what's realistic, even if we don't end up working together.

02

One central flow

One quiz instead of a dozen scattered lead forms. Saves you time, gives me what I need to give a proper response.

03

Free for renters

On rentals, the landlord typically covers the agent fee — so the whole process is at no cost to most renters in Ontario.

Common questions about the quiz.

What does the quiz actually do?+

Six short questions about your move-in timing, budget, bedrooms, preferred neighbourhoods, application readiness, and top priority. Based on your answers I'll give you a realistic snapshot of what fits, where to focus, and what to prep on the application side.

Do I have to commit to working with you?+

No. The quiz exists so we can both figure out whether we're a fit. You'll get useful guidance either way — and if it makes more sense to point you in another direction, I'll do that.

How fast will you respond?+

Usually within a few hours during business hours. If you complete the quiz in the evening, you'll typically hear back the next morning.

Is this only for downtown Toronto?+

Primarily downtown and midtown — King West, Liberty Village, CityPlace, Entertainment District, St. Lawrence, Yonge-Eglinton, Davisville. If your search is further out, I'll let you know up front whether another agent is a better fit.

What if I'm renting from another country?+

That's one of the most common situations I see. Take the quiz, and then check out the newcomer guide for credit history, remote viewings, guarantor requirements, and the realistic timeline.
