This page explains how Brendan Stewart Realty uses information submitted through the rental quiz, contact forms, email, phone, and related site tools.
What information is collected
When you use the rental quiz or a contact form, the site may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, move timing, rental budget, bedroom needs, preferred neighbourhoods, document readiness, and rental priorities.
How it is used
Your information is used to respond to your rental, newcomer, or real estate inquiry; provide practical guidance; send matched listings or next steps when appropriate; and keep a record of your request.
What is not done
- Your information is not publicly posted.
- Your information is not sold to third-party lead lists.
- Taking the quiz does not require you to work with Brendan Stewart Realty.
Follow-up communications and unsubscribe (CASL)
By submitting the rental quiz or a contact form, you consent to receiving follow-up communications from Brendan Stewart Realty, including rental guidance, matched listings, and next-step recommendations. This consent is valid for up to two years from the date of submission, or until withdrawn.
To stop receiving follow-up emails at any time, reply to any email with the word STOP, or contact Brendan directly at brendanstewart@kw.com. Unsubscribe requests are honoured promptly. Withdrawing consent does not affect communications sent before the request was received.
Cookies and site analytics
This site uses Google Tag Manager (GTM-W4LDN9ZB) and Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about how visitors use the site — such as pages visited, time on site, and general location (city level). This data is used to understand site performance and is not linked to your name or contact details. No advertising cookies are set without your interaction with an ad. By continuing to use this site you consent to this use of analytics tools. To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Tools and storage
Form submissions may be processed through Netlify Forms and a backup Google Apps Script/Google Workspace workflow. Email, phone, and calendar tools may be used to respond to inquiries. Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the requested service, and no longer than two years after last contact unless otherwise required.
